JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must-Have**

- Team player who can work independently at customer site
- Experience implementing, enhancing, and troubleshooting AEM installations and administration issues.
- Extensive knowledge of Integration with Third party services, SOAP base, RESTfull services etc.
- Extensive experience in application deployment (Cloud deployment/In-house deployment)
- Excellent communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills.

Experience and exposure in Agile methodologies.

Good-to-Have

- Quick learner, able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Third party application integration
- Experience with multiple delivery platforms such as mobile versus desktop.
- As needed, assist System Specialist in deploying (installing) software solution at client site
- Experience in front end technologies, HTML5, JS, Jquery and framework technologies (e.g. Spring / Hibernate/.LESS)
- Relevant certifications in AEM

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Role AEM Tech Lead





- Designing technical architecture working with Architects and SMEs.
- Hands on experience on AEM 6.5 ( cloud service ) , angular.js, headless SPA , AEM sites , assets , brand portal .
- Hands on experience in build and configuration using cloud manager , AEM SDK and modern JS and CSS frameworks.
- Provide detail technical design, participate in development, testing, debugging
- Should have good understanding of AEM Architecture.
- Expertise in AEM and associated technologies like Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit Oak, JCR, CRX 3.
- Knowledge of java, javascript, jquery, RESTful, JSON and related technologies
- Working experience designing AEM Component Dialogs for Touch UI with Granite UI framework.
- Good knowledge of Sightly, Touch UI development
- Setup and Configure multiple language websites using MSM
- Good understanding of Oak indexes and SQL2 queries.
- Integration of third party services, translation services etc.
- Experience in integrating AEM repository with sitesearch tools like GSA or SOLR
- Application Integration / Web services experience (XML, REST, SOAP & messaging patterns)
- Assignment & Tracking Issues to resolution
- Analysis and Effort Estimation, task allocation
- Ensure software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews
- Support tracking / Project execution, tracking of day-to-day activities
- Support Testing, UAT and Facilitate End User Training
- Valuable Experience in Agile Scrum environment.
