Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work closely with development, QA, product, and other cross-functional teams. The candidate will act as a key SPOC, understand business and technical requirements, support the product development lifecycle, and participate in testing and release validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main SPOC for cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Understand and support cloud-based business/engineering processes and applications.
- Manage and track requirements, tasks, and workflows using JIRA.
- Participate in the product development process from requirement gathering through release.




- Collaborate with development and QA teams during testing activities.
- Perform/support smoke testing to ensure newly released features are functioning as expected.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Validate features against business requirements and expected outcomes.
- Identify and communicate issues, gaps, and inconsistencies to the relevant teams.
- Support release validation and ensure features meet the expected business and functional requirements.

Preferred / Positive-to-Have

- Experience working with healthcare datasets or healthcare-related products.
- Exposure to cloud-based products or platforms.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
