Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager Digital Project (Finance Transformation Manager - ITP) to join our COE-Accountable Reporting - Global Finance Services Division.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities

As an integral part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Center of Excellence, specifically focused on standardization, optimization and digitalization, the candidate will support the execution of our continuous improvement framework within the Global business service scope, with focus, but not exclusively, on the Invoice-to-Pay processes (ITP).

Responsibilities may include, but are limited to:

- Drive continuous improvement activities including mapping current and future process maps, driving corrective actions, and developing, tracking, and measuring qualitative and quantitative results.
- Drive a culture of innovation, simplification and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, advocacy, and hands-on leadership.
- Partner with senior leadership, understand business goals, analyze opportunities, and develop improvement plans for various workflows/systems and technologies.
- Build roadmaps that support the tactical execution of key continuous improvement initiatives across stakeholder teams.
- Ensure consistent application of continuous improvement tools, methodologies, and best practices to accelerate improvements at scale.
- Identifies and engage subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in continuous improvement.

What you will have

- Preferred previous consultancy experience (2-3 years)/overall experience 6 to 10 years
- Knowledge of best practices in invoice processing, supplier inquiry helpdesk design, remittance advice issuance, vendor inquiries and dispute management
- Knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in the ITP process stream and how these fit into the end-to-end financial process setting.

- Ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and navigate without a formal authority to deliver on business results
- MSc/MBA in a scientific or business discipline
- Accounting certification or an equivalent combination of related experience
- Working knowledge of financial systems (SAP, QAD, etc) and ITP specific tools (e.g. OCR, Supplier Portals, Invoice Workflow tools)
- This position requires candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

- Program Management (M0260): Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects,



ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives. Level Extensive Experience: Evaluates risks and vulnerabilities, and creates contingency plans; Advises others on preferred tools, techniques and methods for estimating program cost and time; Conducts regular and ad-hoc program reviews with project managers, team and clients.
- Change Control: Knowledge of the processes and procedures by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored and documented; Ability to manage changes in the production environment and processes effectively. Level Extensive Experience: Train others in how to review a proposed change and assesses the potential impact of the change on the organization or environment; Manages change control processes to ensure each change is evaluated and dispositioned at the proper authority level.
- IT Project Control and Reporting: Knowledge of project control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule. Level Extensive Experience: Justifies varying and appropriate levels of scrutiny for differently experienced team members; Advises on the selection of tools and techniques used for monitoring progress and presenting reports to stakeholders.
- IT Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources. Level Extensive Experience: Controls quality standards and budgeting in an ongoing IT project; Ensures that technical objectives and functional requirements align in all IT projects.
- IT Standards, Procedures Policies: Knowledge of IT standards, procedures and policies.
