Role & responsibilities

Maxus Builders is a Jaipur-based real estate development firm specializing in boutique hotels and heritage properties (kothis) across Rajasthan. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan and run paid campaigns that generate quality leads for our property listings and hospitality projects.

- Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with Google Ads and other platforms as needed
- Own the paid funnel from targeting and creatives to lead follow-up and reporting
- Manage ad budgets and track ROI, cost-per-lead (CPL), CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences, landing pages and placements
- Build and refine audiences (custom, lookalike, interest-based, retargeting)
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, lead forms and conversion tracking
- Coordinate with the design team on ad creatives and with the sales team on lead quality and feedback
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights
- Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies and best practices in real estate and hospitality marketing

Preferred candidate profile





- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with measurable results; lead generation experience is a must
- Graduate in any discipline; a marketing or digital marketing specialization is preferred
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager; working knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio or similar)
- Understanding of funnel strategy, attribution and budget allocation
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and reports
- Valuable communication skills to work across design, sales and management
- Good to have: experience in real estate, hospitality or high-ticket lead generation, and familiarity with CRM lead tracking
