At Direct ATPI, were looking for a Graphic Designer is a regional creative specialist responsible for translating strategic briefs and complex requirements into polished visual assets. You will balance strict adherence to brand guidelines with fresh creative execution across digital, print, and sales enablement channels across Asia. A portfolio demonstrating B2B design capability is required for application.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Translation & Creative Execution: Interpret detailed marketing and sales briefs to produce visually engaging graphics while strictly maintaining global/regional brand guidelines.
- Sales & Bid Creative Support: Elevate sales decks, bid proposals (RFPs), and executive presentations into sleek, visual narratives.
- Multi-Channel Asset Creation: Design assets across digital marketing (social, email, Web), print collateral, event backdrops, and video/GIF templates.
- Design Systems & Tooling: Leverage modern design platforms and AI-assisted design tools to optimize workflow speed and quality.





Qualifications & Portfolio Requirements

- Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing B2B campaign creative, presentation layouts, corporate branding, and multi-channel design execution is mandatory.
- Tools & Software Proficiency:

Core Suite: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Presentation Design: Expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides layout/template design.

Modern Workflows: Familiarity with modern design/prototyping tools (Figma, Canva Enterprise) and emerging AI creative plugins.Soft Skills & Professional Attributes:

Creative Adaptability within Boundaries: Ability to push creative limits while adhering strictly to corporate brand identity.

- Active Listening & Brief Decoding: Takes high-level or ambiguous requests and asks the right clarifying questions to deliver accurate first drafts.
