Enhance employer branding across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, and other relevant channels.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters; ensure performance metrics (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire).
Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to track hiring metrics and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring policies.
