About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisers to join the Purplle team. The Beauty Adviser will be responsible for assisting customers with their beauty and skincare needs, recommending suitable products, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal-care products.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers to customers.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new launches and trends.
- Support product demonstrations and customer consultations.
- Maintain proper product displays, merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain awareness of stock availability and coordinate with the store team when required.
- Follow Purplle's grooming,



customer-service, operational, and company guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup, and personal care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
- Willingness to learn about beauty products and brands.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, fashion, FMCG, or customer service will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Rotational Shifts:

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month
- PF & ESI as applicable
