Senior Manager – Legal Process Outsourcing

Locations : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi (NCR)

Candidate Expectation

Candidate with minimum 15+ years of experience.

Delivery experience in LPO/KPO/BPO

Domain expertise in at least one of the Legal Services( Contract Lifecycle Management/Litigation Support/Legal Research/eDiscovery/Compliance Management)

Having supported global clients.

Should be Adaptable to work in global working hours.

Qualification: LLB/LLM

Minimum 15 years education, Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Job description:

Own end-to-end delivery of Legal Services across global clients or business units.

This role requires deep expertise in legal contracting, commercial negotiations, CLM platforms, and the ability to lead large, multi-geography delivery teams while partnering closely with Legal, Procurement,



Finance, and Business stakeholders.

Drove transformation initiatives and GenAI adoption

Excellent client facing, executive communication and negotiation skill

Manage contract operations covering:

Contract intake and triage

Drafting and redlining of supplier contracts, Negotiation support and issue resolution

Contract execution and repository management

Drive standardization and scalability of contract delivery processes.

Lead and oversee redlining of supplier contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and amendments.

Partner with Legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.

Ensure SLA, TAT, quality, and compliance adherence across contract workflows.
