We are seeking a dynamic and organized Internal Team Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, customer interactions, and internal team coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
*Quotation Management:
* Track and manage all quotations, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
* Coordinate with the sales team to generate accurate and competitive quotations.
*Team Coordination:
* Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
* Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatches and stock availability.
* Address queries and concerns from team members promptly.
*B2B Client Management:
* Manage and support existing B2B clients.
* Process new orders and ensure timely delivery.
* Address client queries and concerns effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders.
*Administrative Tasks:
* Knowledge of advance MS Excel for data analysis and report generation.
* Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree in any discipline
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini
