About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help bring sponsorships and partnerships to The Sujal Show.

Your role is simple: find brands, pitch sponsorships, and close deals.

You’ll be the bridge between Web3 brands and one of India’s fastest-growing crypto audiences.

If you enjoy conversations, pitching ideas, and closing partnerships — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities





- Daily outreach to brands and sponsors

- Follow up on leads from email, X, LinkedIn, and Telegram

- Pitch podcast sponsorship opportunities

- Create sponsor proposals and packages

- Manage sponsor relationships and deal pipeline

- Coordinate internally to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed

Must-Have Skills

- Strong spoken English communication

- Sales or brand partnership experience

- Confident pitching and relationship-building

- Strong follow-up discipline

- Interest in Web3 / AI / crypto ecosystem
