Role & responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
- Conduct on-boarding and ongoing training for sales executives
- Analyze recorded sales calls and coach the team to improve conversions
- Ensure all sales data is accurately updated and reported to management
- Maintain and improve sales processes and workflows
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective strategies when needed
- Ensure proper follow-ups and pipeline management
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and structured processes within the team
- Collaborate with management to optimize scripts and sales strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in call quality and customer engagement.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 35 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 sales executives
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to review and improve sales calls

- Proactive mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
