- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, client guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in US night shifts.
- Solid problem-solving and customer service skills.
