Role & responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their saree preferences.
- Recommend sarees based on occasion, budget, fabric, and style.
- Explain product details, including material, design, price, and care instructions.
- Display and drape sarees professionally for customers.
- Encourage customers to explore matching blouses, accessories, and other products.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns politely.
- Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays.
- Keep track of stock availability and inform the manager about shortages.
- Support billing, packaging, exchanges, and daily sales reporting.
