KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Business Development: Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies to achieve organizational growth objectives; identify recent market opportunities, potential customers, and business segments; generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships; develop strategies to increase market penetration and strengthen the company's market presence; conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers; understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions; handle key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; conduct regular customer visits and business meetings. Sales Support & Revenue Growth: Work closely with the Sales team to achieve revenue and business targets; support the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations, and business negotiations; monitor market demand and provide inputs for product and business planning; identify opportunities for cross-selling and new product development. Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute branding, promotional,



and product marketing initiatives; strengthen the company's visibility among target industries and customers; plan and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement programs; develop marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Production, NPD, Quality, Projects, and other departments to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed; provide market and customer feedback to support product development and business decisions; work with the management team on strategic business planning and growth initiatives. Reporting & MIS: Prepare periodic reports on market trends, business opportunities, customer developments, and marketing activities; track marketing performance and business development initiatives; present market intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior management.

EXPERIENCE

Relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, or B2B Sales. Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Aluminium Extrusion, Automotive, Engineering, or Metal Industry is preferred. Experience in handling OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 customers, or industrial clients will be an added advantage.
