Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalise legal documents such as leases, development agreements, MOUs, and POAs.
- Ensure compliance with real estate, land, and construction laws.
- Coordinate with government and regulatory authorities on legal matters.
- Manage statutory filings and compliance requirements.
- Provide legal advice to management and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Support legal processes and maintain compliance standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of real estate, land, and construction laws.
- Good legal research and interpretation skills.
- Solid legal drafting and writing abilities.
- Good legal reasoning and problem-solving skills.
