- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for housing finance products such as home loans, mortgage loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property).
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the competitive industry.
- Build robust relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in home loan sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of housing finance products including home loans, mortgage loans, HL (Housing Loan), LAP (Loan Against Property).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role
