Role & responsibilities

Audit planning & execution 1. Follow the approved audit checklist for daily and weekly audits.

2. Ensure coverage of all defined audit points as per audit standards and timeline.

Compliance Verification

1. Validate adherence to SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans.

2. Confirm PDI (PreDispatch Inspection) is completed per requirements.

3. Identify process deviations against approved parameters and specifications.

Rejection & Rework Control

1. Audit line rejection handling: identification, segregation, and disposition.

2. Verify rework procedures and ensure reinspection before acceptance.

3. Monitor recurring rejection/rework trends for systemic issues.

Corrective & Preventive Actions

1.



Check effectiveness of corrective actions from previous audits.

2. Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA for recurring issues (as per need of Customer)

3. Track audit findings, action plans, and closure status.

Escalation Management

1. Immediately escalate critical deviations to Quality/Production teams for resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain daily and weekly audit records.

2. Submit audit reports within defined timelines.

Having knowledge on CO2 Mig welding / Semi Robotic Welding process

and Fabrication process
