Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will focus on sourcing and hiring talent across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, including power, oil & gas, infrastructure, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for niche EPC disciplines (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation, Site Construction, and Safety/HSE).
- Manage end-to-end hiring workflows: resume screening, candidate phone interviews, and interview scheduling.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, direct sourcing, and database networks to build candidate pipelines.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and project deadlines.
- Draft job postings, assist with salary negotiations, and facilitate candidate onboarding.
- Keep candidate status updated daily within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 2 years in talent acquisition or agency recruiting focused on the EPC, Infrastructure, Energy, or Heavy Engineering sectors.
- Good grasp of basic EPC engineering terminologies, site roles, and project lifecycle hiring.
- Proficiency with ATS tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Engineering degree is a plus).
