Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress against goals, and identify potential roadblocks or issues.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 10-14 years of experience in Salesforce Project Management (SFDC PM) role.
- Solid understanding of Loyalty programs implementation on Salesforce platform.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
