Key Responsibilities

- Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and daily activity metrics for Client Managers and Sr. Client Managers.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, joint customer site visits, and pitch audits to coach team members on sales technique, product knowledge, and objection handling.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal SLAs, CRM updates, and documentation standards across the team.
- Refine the overall pitch strategy for home interior offerings (modular/loose furniture, decor, and end-to-end execution services) to maintain competitive edge.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement data-driven solutions to enhance lead conversion rates. Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of core sales/business development experience, with a strong background in Home Interiors, Commercial Interiors, Modular Kitchens, or Furniture industries.
- Leadership Experience:



Minimum 12 years of experience in directly managing or leading a team of frontline/senior sales professionals.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding team and individual sales quotas.

- Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Strong consultative selling skills with the capability to close high-ticket deals alongside team members.

- Data & Analytical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools for tracking metrics, revenue forecasting, and reporting.
- Mobility & Proactivity: Willingness to travel within the city as required for strategic client meetings, site visits, or team support.
