Business Data Migration Expert Procurement

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Business Data Migration Expert Procurement to support the LDC ERP Program. The role will be responsible for ensuring that procurement data is prepared, validated, cleansed, migrated, and delivered in line with global, deployment, and country-specific requirements and timelines..

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and/or ensure completion of data cleansing activities within agreed timelines.

- Coordinate and complete data collection for manual/construction objects.

- Work closely with IT counterparts to prepare and validate value mappings.

- Create, maintain, and manage master data lists for assigned data objects where required.

- Provide business knowledge and insights to technical teams supporting legacy data extraction, transformation, and conversion.





- Collaborate with IT teams and Country Business Data Owners to identify and confirm data objects within the scope of each country/deployment.

- Ensure data readiness and quality throughout the complete data migration journey.

- Validate that migrated data is fit for purpose and aligned with internal and external stakeholder requirements.

- Review and formally approve upload files before and after data loads for assigned data objects.

- Perform manual/type-in data loads into target systems/clients where applicable.

- Execute and manage dual maintenance activities where required.

- Execute and approve data verification scripts.

- Act as the functional SPoC for assigned procurement data objects during defect management and Hypercare.

- Track data migration progress, identify risks/issues, and coordinate resolution with relevant business and technical stakeholders.

- Support project meetings, status tracking, issue management, and data migration governance activities.
