A female hostel warden manages day-to-day operations, student safety, and discipline inside a girls' residential facility.

Responsibilities

- Administration & Operations: Handle room allotments, check daily attendance, and maintain guest and late-entry registers.
- Safety & Security: Monitor entry and exit points, enforce curfews, and coordinate with security guards.
- Student Welfare: Act as a local guardian and counselor to address student grievances, homesickness, or medical emergencies.
- Facility Maintenance: Inspect cleanliness, check mess food quality, and report plumbing, electrical, or civil repair needs.
- Discipline:



Ensure residents follow institutional rules, maintain quiet hours, and resolve peer conflicts.

Requirements & Skills

- Communication: Fluency in local languages and English/Hindi to interact with students, parents, and management.
