Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate leads for electric chain hoists.
- Understand customer requirements and make quotations.
- Participate in techno-commercial negotiations with customers and finalize orders based on company norms.
- Value selling to customers.
- Follow up with for payment collection.
- Key account management with big customers.
- Weekly reporting of leads, hot offers and orders received.
- Post delivery communication with customers for successful completion of projects.
- Involvement in developing the strategy for direct and dealer sales in India.
- Customer relationship management.
- Any other day to day activities as delegated by the management which may not be restricted to sales.

Qualities required in candidate

- Basic engineering knowledge for understanding of product.
- Self-motivated individual who does not require constant supervision. • Goal-oriented person who works towards achieving the company & individual targets.
- Good people and customer networking skills.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and handle change.
- Ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
- Readiness to travel.
