We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Chapter Lead with robust hands-on expertise in AWS Amazon Connect. The candidate will lead technical delivery, design and support Amazon Connect solutions, configure contact flows/IVR/routing, integrate with AWS and enterprise systems, troubleshoot issues, and mentor team members.
