Role & responsibilities

1.)Develop performance-focused creative strategies and concepts for Meta, Google, and YouTube.

2.) Write hooks, ad scripts, and creative briefs; direct on-set shoots and creator content to improve hold rate.

3.) Plan and run structured A/B tests on hooks, CTAs, offers, and creative formats.

4.) Read CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CVR, CAC, and ROAS data and translate it into specific creative changes a recent hook, a reworked opening 3 seconds, a different CTA.

5.) Use AI-driven video and prompting tools to rapidly test creative angles and cut production turnaround time.

6.) Audit external agency/freelance deliverables for hook retention, pacing, and native platform feel.

7.) Research competitor creative and consumer trends, adapting winning formats to the brand.

8.) Brief and collaborate with designers and video editors you direct, they execute.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4–8 years in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative,



or a closely adjacent role (agency or in-house) — with direct evidence of creative work tied to a metric, not just campaign management.
- A portfolio or work-samples link is required — case studies of creative concepts developed and what changed (CTR, hold rate, ROAS) when tested.
- Data-literate, but data isn't the whole job — used to drive creative decisions, not run the media buy.
- Strong hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads creative formats (feed, Reels, Stories); video-first, script-to-screen experience is a strong plus.
- Bonus: experience in a consumer app, D2C, or subscription business (astrology, wellness, fintech, edtech-app, OTT).
- Bonus: comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) for ideation, scripting, or rough creative generation.
