Role Overview

We are looking for a goal-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to engage prospective investors through targeted outbound calls. The role will focus on supporting investors, resolving transaction-related challenges, and driving application completions across key investor cohorts.

Key Responsibilities

- Cohort Calling & Conversion: Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective and existing investors to drive conversions across key cohorts, including Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, IPOs, and KYC onboarding.

- Investor Support: Proactively address investor queries, resolve technical and payment-related roadblocks, and guide customers through the transaction journey to ensure successful completion.

- Follow-ups & Engagement: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective investors, understand their requirements, and assist them in completing pending applications or transactions.

- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity logs covering call volumes, follow-ups, application status, and conversion metrics.

- Performance & Target Achievement: Consistently work toward assigned calling, conversion, and application-completion targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
