7 - 10 Years Hands On Experience in SF PMGM and Succession , onboarding

- 7 10 years in SuccessFactors reporting/analytics
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Report Center and Canvas Reporting
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (People Analytics / Reporting / EC preferred)
- Strong experience in People Analytics
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors data models and metadata frameworks
- Experience working with Employee Central (EC) data structures (preferred)
- Strong SQL/query-building and data analysis skills
- Must have experience in 3 end to end implementations
- SAP SuccessFactors Certified in PMGM and Succession
- Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team setting.
- Experience in global implementations / multi-country deployments
- Able to work with the Integration Team
