Job Title: HR Executive Recruitment
Exp = 0 - 5 years
Location - Pune
Mode - Work from office

Job Summary:
1.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
2.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
2.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
3.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
4.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5.Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
6.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.




7.Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
8.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
9.Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

Requirements:
1.Any Bachelor's degree , Business Administration,MBA in hr or a related field.
2.1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
3.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Experience using job portals and recruitment tools.
5.Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
6.Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
