- End-to-end hiring for Asset functions including LAP, HL, SME, Microfinance, Vehicle Finance, Sales & Collections across locations.
- Achieve hiring targets and TAT as per business manpower plans, ensuring timely closure of critical positions.
- Stakeholder management with Business/Regional Heads and Hiring Managers for requirement understanding and regular hiring reviews.
- Team management & productivity manage recruiters, allocate mandates, track performance and improve sourcing-to-joining conversions.
