Key Responsibilities

API Analysis & Integration

- Analyze API workflows and identify integration issues, bottlenecks, and performance concerns.
- Investigate API-related defects and determine root causes.
- Assess API specifications, request/response structures, authentication mechanisms, and error handling.
- Recommend appropriate technical solutions based on business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams to resolve API-related challenges.
- Validate API functionality through testing and troubleshooting activities.

Voicebot Design & Development

- Lead end-to-end voicebot solution design and implementation.
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Design conversational flows, intents, utterances, and dialogue management strategies.
- Develop integration approaches between voicebots and backend systems through APIs and services.
- Ensure seamless user experience through effective conversation design.
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of voicebot solutions.

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of APIs and voicebot solutions.
- Validate conversation flows, error handling, fallback scenarios, and system integrations.
- Identify defects and drive resolution with development teams.
- Ensure voicebot performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners.
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.




- Provide technical recommendations and implementation guidance.

Required Skills

API Expertise

- Strong experience in API analysis, troubleshooting, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and API testing tools.
- Experience using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Voicebot & Conversational AI

- Extensive experience in end-to-end voicebot design and implementation.
- Solid knowledge of conversation design and call-flow creation.
- Experience with speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), and NLU technologies.
- Exposure with conversational AI platforms such as:
- Google Dialogflow
- Microsoft Copilot Studio / Bot Framework
- Amazon Lex
- Nuance
- Genesys Voicebot platforms

Technical Skills

- Experience with system integration and backend services.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare, insurance, banking, or customer service domains.
- Exposure to Generative AI-enabled voice assistants.
- Knowledge of contact center technologies and IVR systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
