Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with HR team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
- Assist in conducting exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in employee retention.
- Collaborate with managers to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance.
- Provide support in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities.
