Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced VIP Support Engineer to provide dedicated IT support to senior management and VIP users, including CEOs, COOs, and other C-level executives. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in VIP / Executive Support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide dedicated IT support to VIP users, including CEO, COO, and senior management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and operating system issues.
- Provide support for MS Office 365, Outlook, MS Teams, VPN, and network connectivity.
- Ensure quick resolution of IT issues with minimal downtime for VIP users.
- Handle executive-level IT incidents and service requests professionally.
- Provide support for meeting rooms, video conferencing, and other IT peripherals.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for timely resolution of technical issues.




- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and service requests.
- Ensure excellent customer service, confidentiality, and professional communication.
- Required Skills:

- 56 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / VIP Support.
- Mandatory experience supporting VIP users, CEOs, COOs, and senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and networking.
- Work Details:

- 6 days working, 1 weekly off.
- Rotational shifts.
- Work location: Goregaon, Mumbai.
- Face-to-face interview.
