- Should ensure timely procurement of all required material, sourcing of all current material needed for new & prestigious projects; be responsible for all import of aggregates & material needed.
- Implement vendor development, vendor evaluation & material audit.
- Be responsible for preparing material specifications & amenities, research work into new products & development.
- Should be able to prepare MIS Reports, Purchase Bar Charts, Budgets, Cost Analysis and Reconciliation.
- Be well versed with all stores procedures.
- Should be able to oversee stores operations at remote locations.
- Be proficient in stores audit, stock taking and stock valuation.
- Should have the ability in helping decide Material Master List. Should have ability of ERP implementation & presentation of all ERP Reports, manage work of Purchase dept. & all stores.

Candidate Profile : -

- Any Graduate, Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management / MBA preferred.
- He should have good verbal & written communication skills.
- He should be confident & be able to carry a good image.
- He should have good negotiation skills & be well versed in MS Office & other basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP will be preferred.
