- Manage a team of professionals handling international customer calls, ensuring excellent communication skills and resolving issues promptly.

- Oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics such as AHT, KPIs, and SLAs to optimize efficiency and productivity.

- Develop strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective people management skills, team coaching, and motivation techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business growth.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
