Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Outdoor Advertising (OOH) and BTL solutions.
- Prospect and connect with brands, marketing heads, media agencies and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, networking and market research.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable outdoor advertising solutions.
- Prepare media plans, proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budgets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and regular follow-up tracker.
- Coordinate with the internal Media Planning and Operations teams for smooth execution after business closure.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities and new OOH opportunities.




- Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in Outdoor Advertising / OOH / Media Sales / Advertising Sales.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai OOH advertising market.
- Existing network with brands, advertising agencies, media agencies and marketing professionals will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in recent client acquisition and business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and confident in client interactions.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.
- Good knowledge of hoardings, bus shelters, transit media, metro/railway advertising, LED, mall branding and BTL solutions.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane and nearby markets for client meetings.
- Candidates from the Outdoor Advertising / Media / Advertising industry will be preferred.
