Role & responsibilities:

- Lead the development of current desiccant dryer products for compressed-air applications.
- Manage engineering changes, product updates and product improvements.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes to deliver high-quality and reliable products.
- Drive design optimization and material cost reduction.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers and cross-functional teams for product development and testing.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 to 10 years of experience in design and development of desiccant dryers for compressed-air applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in desiccant dryer product design and development.
- Good knowledge of desiccant/adsorption technology, regeneration cycles and dryer system design.




- Experience with key dryer components such as pressure vessels, valves, filters, piping, heat exchangers and control systems.
- Good understanding of pressure drop, purge air, flow and dew-point requirements for compressed-air dryers.
- Experience in manufacturing processes, prototype development, product testing and validation.
- Familiarity with supplier development, vendor management and cost reduction for dryer-related components.
- Knowledge of applicable engineering standards, statutory requirements and product certifications.
