- Perform filling of chemicals into drums, cans, bags, tankers, or other specified containers.
- Ensure accurate quantity/weight as per production and customer requirements.
- Operate and monitor filling equipment and related machinery.
- Check containers, labels, and packaging materials before filling.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements during handling and filling.
- Ensure proper sealing, labelling, and identification of filled products.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the filling area.
- Handle chemicals carefully and report any leakage, spillage, or equipment abnormality immediately.
- Record filling quantities, batch details, and production information accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams as required.
- Follow 5S and workplace safety practices.
