- Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes
- Strong exposure to Reconciliations
- Hands-on experience with Journal Entries and Accruals
- Insurance / Reinsurance accounting background preferred
Intercompany reconciliations including foreign currency translations
- Month end close GL activities
- Sub ledger reconciliations
- Ensure SLA / month-end calendar timelines are achieved as per the process
- Weekly/daily calls on a regular basis
- Flexible to work in any shift & open to putting in extra hours when required
- Advance Excel knowledge would be added advantage like using Formulas, V-lookup, Pivot table, charts, Index, etc
- Valuable communication skills both written & oral, as this is client facing role
- Good research and problem solving techniques
Ability to understand business requirements and issues as well to prioritize assigned tasks.
