About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on professional to research, develop, and launch products for our international e-commerce brands across oral care, bedding, gifting, and lifestyle accessories.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify product opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer reviews.
- Recommend differentiated features, materials, packaging, and product improvements.
- Identify manufacturers in India and overseas; manage sampling and product development.
- Prepare product specifications, cost comparisons, and commercial feasibility assessments.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate imports with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, including shipment documentation and clearance follow-ups.
- Calculate landed costs, considering freight, customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges.




- Coordinate quality checks, testing, and compliance documentation with relevant specialists.
- Track development milestones and coordinate with internal teams for timely launch readiness.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven involvement in developing and commercially launching consumer products.
- Strong sourcing, manufacturer coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of import procedures, Incoterms, shipping documents, HS codes, and customs clearance.
- Comfortable with Excel, product costing, and structured research.
- Robust ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Amazon, D2C, private-label, or export brands preferred.
- Graduate in a relevant discipline; practical product development experience is essential.
