Job Description

Role Overview: In this role, you will be the creative and strategic lead for your clients, guiding them from their first design consultation to project completion. You will turn client visions into functional, beautiful modular living spaces while managing design quality, timelines, and sales milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Concept Development: Build stunning concept designs, space layouts, mood boards, and detailed 2D/3D drawings using tools like AutoCAD.
- Client Management & Sales: Understand client needs, present design proposals, and lead engaging design meetings to drive sales closures and ensure a great customer experience.
- Project Lifecycle Execution: Handle end-to-end executionfrom creating the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and selecting materials to coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- On-Site Operations:



Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and ensure design execution matches the approved plan.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience Required: 2 to 6 years of professional interior design experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivered residential modular projects.
- Key Skills (Mandatory): Interior Design, Space Planning, 2D/3D Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Presentation Skills (PPT), Material Knowledge, BoQ Creation, Client Handling, Sales Closure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a strong collaborative mindset, a passion for learning, and a result-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential interior projects.
- Excellent command over design visualization tools and technical drawing.
- Robust business acumen with the ability to manage client expectations and drive sales targets.
