Detailed Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the Healthcare Provider SME for client engagements, solutioning initiatives, and strategic transformation programs.

- Provide deep domain expertise across provider accounting, revenue cycle management, reimbursement, claims lifecycle, and healthcare operations.
- Develop industry point-of-views, transformation roadmaps, and best practice frameworks forhealthcare provider organizations.
- Support sales, pre-sales, andconsulting teams with domain insights and healthcare market intelligence.
- Lead end-to-end RCM transformation initiatives spanning: Patient Access & Registration, Charge Capture, Medical Coding, Billing & Claims Management, Denials Management,Accounts Receivable,



Revenue Integrity,Financial Reporting & Governance
- Drive process optimization,automation, analytics, and KPI improvements across the revenue cycle.
- Design scalable operating models that improve cash flow, revenue realization, compliance, and patientfinancial experience.Architect enterprise-gradehealthcare transformation solutions for large pursuits and strategic accounts.
- Lead solution design workshops, due diligence assessments, and current-to-future state transformation planning.
- Develop compelling valuepropositions, business cases, and transformation narratives for RFP/RFI responses.
