Key Responsibilities

- Conduct accurate and professional eye examinations and provide suitable recommendations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Greet and engage customers, explaining the eye examination process clearly.
- Build strong customer relationships and address customer concerns effectively.
- Convert prospective customers into actual customers through effective communication.
- Coordinate with retail teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support POS transactions, inventory management, and product coordination.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and professional grooming standards.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate Degree in Optometry.
- 0 to 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail workplace.
