Role & responsibilities
1. Project planning, scheduling, and coordination across departments
2. Studying drawings, BOMs, POs, QAP & ITP
3. Coordination with purchase, production, and estimation teams
4. Tracking fabrication progress and ensuring on-time delivery
5. Client communication for schedules, dispatches, and progress updates
6. Maintaining project documentation and reconciliation
Preferred candidate profile
1. BE Mechanical with 5+ years of experience in a Planning role
2. Strong understanding of fabrication workflows and project execution
3. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, BOMs, and planning tools
4. Valuable coordination, documentation, and communication skills
5. Experience in EPC / fabrication projects will be preferred
