Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting. In this role, you will play a critical part in inventory management, product cost analysis, variance reporting, and supporting the monthly MIS and budgeting processes under IFRS and IndAS frameworks. Key Responsibilities
1) Financial Accounting & Compliance: Maintain financial records and execute accounting operations in alignment with IFRS and IndAS guidelines.

2) Inventory & Stock Management: Lead periodic inventory stock audits and physical stock counts, reconciling variances with ledger balances.

3) Cross Manufacturing Cost Determination: Drive cross-manufacturing pricing determination and execute comprehensive product cost analyses to optimize margins.

4)Variance & Performance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analyses and handle VI & VC preparation and analysis.

5) MIS & Cost Reviews:



Spearhead monthly cost reviews and prepare accurate

6) Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership.

7)Budgeting & Planning: Provide active data-driven support in budgeting and forecasting exercises.

8) Stakeholder Engagement: Foster seamless inter-functional collaboration with production, supply chain, and operations teams to streamline financial workflows.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).

Experience: 2 to years of hands-on experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or manufacturing plant finance.

Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in ERP systems with preference in SAP, advanced MS Excel, and working knowledge of IFRS and IndAS standards.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional communication skills
