- Provide Pre / post-operative care and support to patients.
- Maintain sterile environment in the operating room.
- Document all care provided during recovery.
- Preparing the patient for surgery both physically and emotionally.
- Connect patient to hemodynamic monitors.
- Provide pain assessment and administer prescribed analgesics.
- Position patient comfortably as per surgical/anesthesia orders.
- Carry out post-op orders: oxygen, IV fluids, medications, blood transfusions.
- Document all interventions and monitor patient response.
- Assess readiness for discharge based on stable vitals and airway reflexes.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc in Nursing, GNM.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience is required.
- Registration certificate is mandatory.
