Key Responsibilities:

1. Territory Sales

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retail outlets.
- Ensure regular market coverage and productive outlet visits.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

2. Distributor Management

- Manage existing distributors and ensure healthy business relationships.
- Ensure adequate stock availability across key product categories and SKUs.
- Track distributor inventory, order cycles and secondary sales.
- Support distributors in expanding their retailer network.

3. Retailer Expansion

- Identify and onboard new retailers and lingerie/innerwear outlets.
- Expand company's retail footprint within the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with key retailers and high-volume outlets.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility at retail counters.

4. Market Development

- Conduct regular market visits and gather competitor intelligence.
- Track competitor pricing, schemes, launches, promotions and market activity.




- Identify new markets, outlets and sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory-level sales initiatives.

5. Merchandising & Visibility

- Ensure company's products are prominently displayed at retail outlets.
- Implement merchandising guidelines and promotional activities.
- Ensure availability of the right assortment, sizes, colours and fast-moving SKUs.
- Monitor and improve in-store visibility.

6. Order Generation & Collection

- Generate regular orders from retailers/distributors.
- Follow up on order fulfilment and product availability.
- Coordinate with distributors/company teams to resolve supply issues.
- Support timely payment and collection from channel partners where applicable.

7. Reporting & MIS

- Maintain daily market-visit and sales reports.
- Track outlet coverage, productive calls, recent outlet additions and sales achievement.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
- Use the company's sales reporting/CRM application for timely updates.
