We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in accounting.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and accounts.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Providing support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, including GST.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.

Job Requirements :

- Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software is required.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements is expected.
