About Hello Park

Hello Park is an international immersive indoor family entertainment destination combining digital technology, interactive play, creative activities, and family entertainment. Imagicaa Next Private Limited is launching its first Hello Park in India at Y Junction Mall, Hyderabad.

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound MEP Engineer to join our Pre-Opening and Operations team and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and equipment.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover of MEP systems during the pre-opening phase.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, UPS, fire-fighting, and other MEP-related issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and mall facility teams.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain equipment, maintenance, and service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor energy and utility consumption and support initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Provide technical support during events, peak periods, and operational emergencies.

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.




- 35 years of relevant experience in MEP / Facility Management.
- Experience in malls, hospitality, entertainment, commercial buildings, or similar facilities will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, DG, and UPS systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance documentation.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Experience in pre-opening projects.
- Experience in malls, amusement parks, entertainment centres, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of BMS / CMMS and energy management.
- Knowledge of local vendors and service providers in Hyderabad.
