Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on their equity portfolios and cross-sell relevant third-party financial products.
- Handle Franchisee Equity Advisory and engage with HNI clients to generate brokerage and business through equity calls.
- Drive business development through market analysis, client meetings, training sessions and seminars.
- Manage day-to-day client requirements and coordinate with CSEs for resolving client queries related to trading terminals, software, stock transfers and fund collections.
- Achieve business and brokerage targets and conduct regular performance reviews and joint client meetings.
- Manage client investments and portfolios while providing timely market insights and investment-related guidance.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with HNI and franchisee clients.

Requirements:

- Mandatory:



2+ years of experience in the Broking / Securities industry as an Equity Advisor.
- Primary experience should be in generating brokerage through Equity Advisory / Trading.
- Strong understanding of Equity Markets, Stocks, Sectors and overall Market trends.
- Good understanding of Options, Derivatives and Trading Strategies.
- Strong client-handling and relationship management skills.
- Aggressive, target-oriented and passionate about the stock market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates from Insurance, Banking Sales or general financial sales backgrounds without relevant broking/equity advisory experience will not be considered.
