Job Summary

To consistently achieve QD targets on a hourly basis in the respectivezone /bay and assure protected operations.

Role Description

Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out in the respective zone as per TMOS

Responsibilities

- Conduct hourly PDCA on quality delivery performance.
- Process control
- Defects reduction
- Conduct Sunrise meeting to the workmen.
- Deploy workmen as per skill matrix and organize resources.
- Organise resources
- Audit improve 2S, JH, unsafe act and conditions.
- Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out in the respective zone as per TMOS.
- Initiate corrective actions for next customer defects and internal defect
- Review workmen on quality delivery performance measures, attendance and efficiency
- Provide on job training to workmen and co-ordinate for certification
- Motivate and support workmen to implement suggestions.
